"The Armas Hotel is a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, efficient place to stay right in the heart of Old San Juan. The room I had was definitely on the smaller side, so it’s not the kind of hotel where you’d lounge around for long stretches—but it was spotless and well kept.
What really stood out was the friendly staff and the unbeatable location. Being right in Old San Juan meant I could walk everywhere—restaurants, bars, nightlife, and sightseeing were all just steps away. I loved being able to go out, enjoy myself, and then safely walk right back to the hotel without any hassle.
If you’re coming to Puerto Rico to explore, eat, drink, and socialize, this hotel is perfect as a convenient and comfortable base."
"Convenient location, close to the best downtown bars. A little loud but our intention was to go out and experience the nightlife in the area. We would stay there again. Very grateful the host offers luggage storage free of charge. "
