"We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

People who pay for day passes bring their own drinks to the pool, while those of us who pay a high price for our hotel stay have to pay exorbitant prices for drinks there. Day pass holders get discounts, while those who pay for a room receive none. Those who pay for day passes talk loudly and use obscene language at the pool, jumping around and causing a scene. It makes you feel unsafe and disrupts your peace and quiet."
