Nice hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location. Rooms are basic but comfortable and well priced

Very convenient location, close to tourist help association, cell phone company and bank.
There was a big gap between the window shades that I had to cover with towel to prevent being peeped at.
This property was a joy. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. The location is perfect . There is a restaurant next door, a doctors office across the street , and a pharmacy abutting. The street is a shoppers dream and just a few easy minute walk to the Malecon. It couldn't have been better. Fancy it is not, so if your idea of traveling is name dropping big hotel names, this is not the place for you. I've stayed in both here in PV ,and I prefer this.
Property was well maintained and ideally located. Staff was friendly and helpful-especially, Garvacio!
The only downside was the poor wi-fi connection.
Correct

The room smelled bad. Seemed to be coming from bathroom. The beds only had a sheet. No blanket. Miserable cold night. No coffee in room. Hotel is rundown. I felt ripped off for what I paid for it. The staff were all very nice.
Don’t miss the excellent Metate restaurant attached to the hotel. Some our best meals were had there. This hotel is a gem. The hot water takes time, only problem, but not really. I love that they embrace folklorico art, not trying to be fancy, upscale. This hotel embraces Mexico.
Soooo cute! Loved the decor, friendly staff, the building is cute and in a touristy but quieter, nice part of town near the gay district. The cafe attached has amazing food and drinks!!!!
Property was really cleaned , the front desk agent had a warm and welcoming service. This property is really lucky to have someone like him at the front desk. This property is great 🌟
Management did not showed good customer service and had lack of understanding to emergencies that a guest might have .
The lobby is set on the out side I really liked the lobby/patio layout.
Also the front desk agent that checked us in on the 9th and also checked us out on the 11th was really nice and helpful. Your Hotel is really lucky to have him . Management was not very helpful or polite did not see great customer service from their part . Other then that everything was ok
Thank you
The hotel is good for people on a budget. I was not given the balcony room as promised. Instead, I got two beds in one room...useless when I am traveling alone. So I paid more for a room which I did not book.
Although the housecleaning staff were very nice, the hotel is old and there is considerable amount of mold around the shower and an odor.
The rooms are kept fairly clean. There is a fan and A/C that works good. There is a church nearby so if you're concerned about noise, the church bells will be problematic. There was no vibe at this hotel, it's basically a sleep and go kind of place. Overall it's fine if you're not too picky.
The hotel is OK. I went on business so I didn't spend too much time in the hotel. The bed was comfortable; the bathroom was clean BUT I stayed in a single room, and the bathroom was the size of a closet. The sink was inside the shower, so bizarre. I didn't mind as it was only me and went only to sleep and shower; but if you are dead set on staying here on your vacation because of the price and the location, spend more money and get one of the bigger rooms I am sure they are nicer. There is a coffee shop next door where you get the complimentary coffee in the mornings if you are a hotel guest; it was very good and the staff very nice. At the hotel you get what you pay for. Plus: location, price, comfortable beds. Downside: bathroom size and no elevator to the upper floors, I had to carry my bag up the room when I arrived (very tired and grumpy after a day of traveling) and down at 4am when I left (my bag was quite full); I was able to do it, but it would have been nice if I have had some help. Overall it was OK. Would I stay there again? .. maybe if I go for work; if I go on vacation I would probably look somewhere else
Very basic hotel, but the staff were lovely and it was incredibly clean. Can't beat it for the price.

I’ve stayed here before. I like the hotels location. It’s very clean. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Lots of people talking in the hallways and courtyard downstairs and you can hear everything.
My bed wasn’t comfortable at all and I had back pain all week. Staff are great and very accommodating.
