I was On time for my check in. , But we have to wait till 4 pm ..and the check in they charge $150 pesos. And we ask why if everything veas paid first they said was for cleaning and when we do our check out we ask the administrator person why is being charge and he said that was a tip for all the ...

Los Arcos Suites
Pictures very generous compared to reality. Even with all-inclusive option they fail to mention that there is no food or beverage services on site and one must go to another property a block or so away. Otherwise, quiet and acceptable

Hotel Posada de Roger - Near Los Muertos Beach
Very happy with my stay here. Beautiful plants all around, swimming pool, friendly staff, right in the heart of the Zona Romantica. They have a shared kitchen on the top floor and quiet after 10pm. Suited my needs perfectly. Will return.
