"There was a power outage Tuesday, July 7th that lasted a couple of hours. While the electricity cambe back on, the a/c was out throughout the entire resort which caused a huge INCONVENIENCE! No one had air conditioning in the room for over 20 hours. There was no communication from the hotel staff on when it would be resolved, instead lied which is ridiculous after the money we have spent. It was impossible to sleep the night the a/c went out. We had to have someone buy pedestal fans for us and...

"Falta poner mas atención en los restaurantes ya que hay moscas en todos los alimentos. Hacer arreglos cuando la habitación esté sin uso no con huéspedes dentro de la misma y sin comunicar con antelación. Cambiaron el inodoro estuve todo el dia sin poder usar mi habitación me pareció pésimo y los baños siempre están con agua en el piso"

"Front entrance was not impressive. Lobby looked unkept- stains on the carpets and fabrics of seating (which also carried through the property). The bathroom looked like it had serious BUDGET repairs after some kind of damage. There was trash everywhere in the bushes, broken glass on the property but more notably found TWO huge glass bottles under our feet at the beach. The vendors are ruthless on the beach-They don’t leave you alone. The beach is dirty. The staff is rude. Huge language barrier...

"Check in was not good. I am a member of the hotel. Due to the fact that I booked through Expedia I was unable to use my membership that was paid for. The front desk was not helpful and just went back and forth with me advising I should have booked through the hotel. This has never been a thing. The room was not clean floor was dirty and sofa bed was left open. The highlight has always been the entertainment staff and bartenders. They never disappoint."
