"Fabulous resort for a relaxing beach getaway "

"This is a beautiful resort. Our room smelled weird on arrival but everything else about the room was nice, view etc. The staff is all incredibly kind and were great with my teen sons, throwing a baseball and playing volleyball. On our next visit we would definitely upgrade to a preferred room as there are more food choices at that level. I don't love buffets and that is the main food choice available for breakfast and lunch. There is a great coffee shop though that sells sandwiches and...

"Check in was awful. We were offered a different room to be closer to our group but that room was not ready yet. We were told 30 minutes and escorted to the beach grill to wait. . . 2 hours later we decided to try and find the xhale lounge where we checked in to ask for help. No staff that checked us in were there and everyone was confused. It is also hard to find anything and the layout is poor.
