The weather was cold and we had no heat in the room. Maintenance came down and was very nice but couldn’t get heat to work. I had to ask for a different room instead of being offered a different room. Other than that my stay was nice.

Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience
