"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"For some reason they put us in a handicap room and the bathroom was big but dark and like a huge cement room . They need more lighting for the rooms as it was dark and hard to do makeup. They don’t have any way to communicate with the staff from the room so that was quite inconvenient as the hair dryer kept over heating but there was no way to ask for a replacement unless I go physically down. Overall it was not the best choice as a hotel for us ."

"We checked into our rooms after a 10 hr long flight and wanted to take a hot shower, freshen up and leave for evening activities. However, both rooms were in need of significant maintenance that cut in to our vacation time. In one room, there was no water pressure, the sink was not draining, and the shower drain was clogged. In the second room, the AC was not working, and it was so hot that it was unbearable. We had to call reception twice, and had to wait for an hour before maintenance showed...

"We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay.
Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the regular housekeeping service was excellent. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the tube station and supermarkets, making it...
