"We were able to check in early with a payment of 79 pounds but the room was not what we paid for.
Some of the furniture was broken.
The reception was unattended for a while.
The food in the restaurant was fine and the breakfast was full English from 6 am which is great when catching an early flight.

"This hotel is a great location from Gatwick North terminal. It is only a 10 minute walk on a smooth path with just 2 flights of stairs when you enter/exit through the Hampton Inn. It is much more reasonably priced than the hotels inside the terminal. Ideal for morning flights.
