"Room was spacious, clean, had an ironing board, hair dryer, TV and air con. Bathroom was clean. I slept well and it was quiet. Breakfast was very good and was included in room rate. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful."

Travelling from Australia,, surprised the room didn’t have a bar fridge ( I didn’t check if in room details- lesson for me). I had the impression there was a hotel carpark . The carpark is part of the main carpark that includes a mini shopping centre- mainly fast food outlets. The first 2 hours free, but then 5gbp. It was an extra cost I hadn’t realised. "Very comfortable stay at Le Bouchon. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Well appointed room with wall aircon for comfort. Pod coffee maker was a nice touch and to make a change the TV was of a good size to be able to sit up in bed and watch! Breakfast options were so varied and it was all made freshly. Downsides - there was no USB ports in the plug sockets - i luckily had a power bank with me to charge a phone. The toast for breakfast was dry despite butter. "
"I had a really pleasant stay at The Ship. The room was compact but spotless and well-organised, with a comfy single bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, and a side cabinet stocked with tea, coffee, and biscuits—such a thoughtful touch. It had been a long time since I’d slept in a single bed, but it was surprisingly comfortable and perfect for a good night’s rest. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a clean, cosy spot with all the essentials.
