"Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. On the flip side both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed. This is not specified on website prior to arrival. Everything from the outside maintenance to the room maintenance needs more attention."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The pool not being open was not expected and kind of disappointing. The overall stay was great"

"The first day of check-in i received a couple of welcoming text messages. The next day or so we needed clean towels and housekeeping in the room; Although, housekeeping never entered the room the entire time we were there and was told the towels would be waiting for us at the front desk when we get back. The last night we stayed,we asked fir an extra pillow at the front desk and was told he'll see what he could do. Never received it!"

"We arrived and the property looks nothing like the pictures and is located in an area that does not seem safe. We checked in and they said it would be another $100 - after I questioned it they told me they didn’t charge me for it (I’ve come to find out that is false.) We get to our floor and the smell of weed is over powering, once we enter our room and shut the door we find what seems to be dried blood on the wall and red stains on the floor below. We left and did not stay."

"The hotel constantly smelled like chlorine even though there was no pool. The rooms were laughably small and not very clean. The breakfast was tiny and they actually charged my card instead of placing a hold. Had to call just to make sure they weren’t trying to rob me"

"Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. The staff was great and responsive, but the hotel could use some upgrades and not necessarily band-aids. That area of Milwaukee is too nice not to have a...
