"Bad experience for check in. Staff was unhelpful and disinterested. Room was on the lower ground. Had a smell of damp in the room. Damp mark on the ceiling was there as well. Won’t stay there again"

"The facility was worn but clean and the AC offered a good night’s sleep. We stayed across the street at The Drey which is complex renovated and would recommend it over the Presidential but we would stay here again."

"This was the first time we had stayed here, upon arriving an hour early, asked if we could check our bags and they advised they did not offer this service and suggested we should go down the street to a company that would do it. We decided to wait in the lobby as check was at 3. We did not get in until 4. The apartment was not cleaned very well, floors were dirty and desks and lamps had not been dusted, I doubt i would stay at this location again"
