"I asked the desk to make the safe in my room accessible, never happened. The hair dryer did not work due to the outlet it was plugged into not resetting the gfi not possible. There was an ironing board but no iron. They had a ridiculous rule you can't take what lack luster offerings they had for breakfast to your guest room. By lack luster i mean old apples, orange juice machine empty, no bagels, donuts, just 2 basic dry cereal options or a waffle machine. Checking in was a nightmare. People were slamming doors constantly throughout the night. The room was clean and looks like they were painting the interior of the place. This was a one and done for me. "

"There was a cockroch crawling on the wall which i reported to the Expedia and the front office the tv stayed broke the remote wasn't programmed to ghe box the continental breakfast horrible no waffles apple juice watered down "

"Ambience is fun and eclectic, staff are helpful and nice, continental breakfast has a lot of variety, beds are comfortable, pillows soft and supportive, and the shower is wonderful. To top it off, the bathroom is had the most counter space I've ever had at a hotel and I LOVED it!!!"

"Jean at the front desk gave my daughter a hard time checking in and then the room we had the door did not stay closed!!! The only way it stayed closed was locking it!!"
