"The stay was okay overall. There were quite a few crossed wires regarding the included amenities. I recommend taking screenshots of any extras or package details when you book, just in case there's any confusion later. During the first few days, we were told certain amenities were included, only to be informed later that they were not. It was a bit embarrassing to be told at breakfast that it wasn't part of our package, especially over what amounted to just a few dollars. Better communication...

"Overall stay was just okay. Food was okay - definitely better at the restaurants if you can get a reservation than at the buffet. Felt often that staff didn't like Americans, even had staff watch us walk in and turn around because didn't want to seat us. Had to call daily to get towels because would only provide 2 for our family of 4, which was always met with rudeness at the call by the staff. Beware of tour companies being allowed at the pool area and constantly approaching you to purchase...
