"Excellent experience I’ll never stay anywhere else in Richmond. Room was clean. Staff was excellent. The restaurant downstairs I had great service and everything that I ordered was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend."

"Rooms need an upgrade. The AC unit did not keep the room cool enough. Could never get it lower than 72 degrees. Need a microwave in the room. More English speaking employees would have made things easier as well. Valet service was good, but too expensive"
