"Highly recommend this property! We opted for the suite which was really large for London. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location was great and really close to West Brompton and Earl’s Court tube stations as well as some really good pubs! We stayed for a full week and everything was perfect! "

"If you were visiting your eccentric great aunt in Pemberton Gardens it would feel as cozy and comfortable as this place. Sure,there are fancier hotels just down the streer but the people who work here are lovely and kind and it just feels like home. Special mention to the considerate and competant front desk person who remembers me from last year and asks if i need to refridgerate my meds again without me saying a word.She remembered!! Unbelievable! Also,the location is great!! Close to Hyde...

"Only stayed one night, but location was great with access to a train station. Close to Hyde park if you wanted to walk. Room was spacious and really well decorated. Loved the addition of pots etc if we stayed longer and wanted to cook. Didn’t eat at the hotel but restaurant was vibrant"
