"The location is great, close to the high street and the underground station, which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only downside is that some of the facilities are quite old and not very easy to use."

"Brit Hotel was an excellent choice to stay near Earls Court. Very clean hotel, our room was a good size and comfortable for 2 people. The hotel has complimentary tea and coffee as well as still and sparkling water. We had a small fridge for snacks in our room. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance, and the Underground was 7 min away. We would definitely come back!"

"The room was very small, can’t get into the bed because it was against the wall, only a chair and hooks on the wall to hang clothes, no closet or room for suitcases."

As our first intro to London it wasn’t great, but the rooms were really very nice. "

"Disappointed overall, although the hotel is clean, I would say it resembles their website or what I would expect for Kensington. The aircon was poor, the beds were rock hard, and the room was outdated. The lack of bar area was a disappointment, replaced by a Shish bar which was of no interest. Interestly saw a few other people take one look and walk out. The staff were pleasant and friendly but weren’t able to organise a taxi when our booked one didn’t turn up. "
