"Hotel was nice seemed clean. Pool wasn’t heated so after a long day in the car hoping to get th me kids out to swim and burn energy couldn’t even go in it. Went for dinner and service was poor. No communication he must have forgotten to put our order in all together because each item came out by itself and not enough cutlery. I had to eat my butter chicken with a knife. "Staff was great. Good and convenient breakfast. Lobby was modern and clean. Room was not the cleanest between the bed and wall didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a long time. There was a sticky black spot on the carpet as well. Maybe it was just our room but who knows. Would have been nice to have an airport shuttle byt this wasn’t promised to be fair. Also not sure why we had to pay a one time fee fir parking but it was better than daily that some hotels charge.Overall it wasn't bad except for...

"Just fine, for a quick stay. Check out is at 11, when walking back from breakfast hotel staff was about to enter our room at 9:45, even though we had not checked out. That’s my only complaint. My 13 year old was still in the room and she would have had to deal with someone walking in on her, which is not ok. "
