Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"Nice facility, good location. Downsides: 1) Generic breakfast offerings, 2) charging $12/day for outdoor parking in a location surrounded by open fields?? And 3) no housekeeping for rooms until the 3rd day of the stay. That latter deficiency wasn’t apparent until we found late at night that our room had not been cleaned. There was no notice in the room nor mention of that degraded service when we checked in."

"We were put in a room with no working cable tv or phone lines. We asked for help three times and it was never resolved. My husband was yelled at by security for trying to go back to the hotel room with a cup of coffee. This hotel is in a very sketchy area. Would NOT recommend."
