"superb pub, lovely rooms, quiet location "

"Pub, Restaurant, General areas and the bedrooms all spotlessly clean. Staff all fantastic, evening meal and breakfast fantastic, the only issue was the WiFi in the bedroom - there want any....had to sit in the bar area to work."

"This was a 1-night stay for work. Good greeting on arrival, lovely room (which was room called Lloyd Stacey), comfortable bed, small desk to work at, nice ensuite. The problems in the room were the main light did not work, but that could not be fixed during my stay and the remote control for the TV could only select channels by going up and down and changing the volume - this also was not sorted during my stay. I ate at the premises in the evening having the Haddock and Chips which was okay."

"There was a coffee stain by the machine in my bedroom, which spoke of a certain lack of attention to detail in cleaning the room. Otherwise the room was clean and very comfortable, the shower room, towels and toiletries first rate. The staff were friendly and helpful."
