The Promissory Hotel
We visited shortly after the "Grand Opening," but the property felt incomplete. Our room had unpainted drywall on the ceiling and unfinished wood trim. Functional details were also missing: there were no outlets near the desk for a laptop or the provided lamp, no in-room coffee machine, and no wine ...
