"Please have manager call me. Our room was not ready until 4:30. Our family sent a gift to the hotel that was not delivered. We only learned of the gift when we were asked if we received it. We are awaiting someone to find the gifts"

Holiday Inn Roanoke-Tanglewood-Rt 419&i581 by IHG
"The unfortunate aspect was that they were holding an antique car show on the properties lot which made it next to impossible to find parking. Also, they allowed some customers to check in early while we were made to wait until 3:00 PM. That would not have been so bad if I hadn’t watch them waffle ..."
