"Cleaning staff are excellent on cleaning our room daily. Available washer and dryer with no extra fee are a plus. Breakfast are great. Overall great experience. Only down side are the whirlpool which will need some update."

Left my kindle in room (totally my bad) but called front desk and inquired and still haven't heard back!!! Staff definitely riped us off!!!! Wonder why guests don't want them in your room???? "

"I woke up to ants in my bed, refrigerator and night stand. I was very disappointed as I only needed the room for a layover as a driver. I had to throw my food out and was just very disgusted by this property."

"Very Disappointing and Not Worth the Price I stayed at Hamilton Washington DC and was extremely disappointed. The entire hotel is old and outdated — the rooms, the furniture, the bathroom — everything looks worn out and in need of serious renovation. The photos on the booking website showed a completely different picture: modern, clean, and well‑maintained rooms. In reality, nothing matched those images. When we raised our concerns at the front desk, we were told: “What do you expect for this price?” — even though the price was far from low. I consider this pure deception. Showing attractive photos online and then providing old, poorly maintained rooms is simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel. For the same amount of money, you can find much better options in Washington, DC."

"Great location. Nice hotel. Great square footage in suites with a very large bath tub. Enjoyed the stay. Hotel in general could use maintenance and updating, but decor is classic."

"The staff we interacted with was amazing. Sadly in our 4 day/3 night stay- we never had our room refreshed once. We had to go looking for fresh towels, coffee pods & toilet paper. That was unfortunate. Having said that- the facility was clean & centrally located & we were otherwise worry free."
