Clean room but not so friendly staffs at the cafeteria. Cleaning housekeepers opened door without knocking at 10:30AM (1.5 Hr before noon check out time) The hotel is at great location for being close to Eastman School of Music, but the streets were under construction during my visit in April ...

Inn on Broadway
unique and interesting hotel. There was no coffee maker in either of the two rooms I booked, nor was there a "spa robe", both of which were advertized. But the hotel itself was comfortable and really interesting. We enjoyed our stay!!
