"Good room with air conditioning, nice breakfast The charge for parking was an extra charge which was not applicable on several previous visits which will now be a factor when we visit Sunderland. We have never had a charge for parking anywhere in Sunderland that we have stayed in the past."

"Professional, friendly and helpful staff…….credit to organisation’s recruitment and training.
Some areas / rooms need updating but this is in process.
Good breakfast. Bar food good too.
Location excellent re public transport links.
Only downside of stay was that the lift in one wing was out of order for the whole of the stay (4days). Two flights of stairs up to the room proved difficult and potentially unsafe; a shame, and communication between staff lacking on this matter."

Lumley Castle Hotel13,9 km từ Roker
9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (1.002 nhận xét)
"Only saw reception staff to check in which was quite late after a wedding. Castle grounds are superb but parking is tricky. We stayed outside in the coach block only one space left well away from our room. The room is very small but clean and served its purpose for a night stay. Obviously very old,the stairs were very steep to the second floor which I didn’t realise I thought it was all ground floor level, which was tricky with mobility issues. Nice to have a later checkout of 11am though."
