"Asked a front desk staff to write down the name and address of a restaurant in Japanese that we can give it to the driver and called us a taxi. He instead took us to the front door and gave the information to the driver. That's great service."

"El hotel está ok para una estadía corta. Es limpio y tiene buen servicio."

"I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and visited the tourist sites in Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station. The hotel is modern with all needed amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel room isn’t large but is well laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
