"If it was possible to give -5 starts I would have. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Not to mention it took them over 20 min at 1:34am to find my prepaid room. They gave me a room where a couple were already sleeping in. Imagine everyone’s surprise when I opened the door. Went back downstairs it took them another 20 minutes to get a supervisor to assign me another room. Their response was SORRY!!! Just a horrible HILTON HOTELS experience. Find another hotel to stay at."

"Customer service is terrible.
It was my first trip to California and wasn’t informed of the additional charges or would be for parking in the garage.
I was shorted $30 from my “incidentals” and never received a refund for it.
I was also not informed of the additional fees that were also charged.
The staff is unhelpful and not understanding, and was highly disappointed in their lack of assistance's.
You should disclose all of the fees initially to your customers, so they can decide if they want...
