The property is well located and reasonably priced, but there are several issues travelers should be aware of.
There was a constant water flow in the main bedroom bathroom—after flushing, the water continued running in the bowl, which became quite annoying, especially at night. Additionally, the in-room locker was not functional. I reported both issues to the on-site manager (who appeared to live there). Although she mentioned someone would come to fix the problem, no action was taken during our stay.
There was also ongoing renovation work at the property. To their credit, they did inform us in advance. While the noise was manageable, there was a noticeable amount of dust.
Another concern was the limited supply of towels and toiletries. If you request additional towels, there is an extra charge, and even then, they were not provided promptly. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries if you plan to stay here.
On a positive note, they did allow us an early check-in (about 2.5 hours earlier), which was appreciated, especially since we were traveling with children after a long flight from Chicago. However, the process itself was not smooth—we had to wait nearly two hours on-site, and there was a delay of about 20 minutes before the main door was opened, as the manager was occupied with cleaning and did not respond.
Overall, the location is good and the property has potential, but the customer service and maintenance need significant improvement.
