This place shouldn’t be listed as a Hotel. The lady who is in charge of it is very nice and helpful, but is not a hotel is a hostal. I book 4 nights at this place, it was until a few days before when I noticed that our reservation was for a room with share bathroom, when we got to the “Hotel “ we were so lucky when the lady told us that we were getting a room with our own bathroom. The location is perfect, is very close to de Via Nazionale, Piazza della Repubblic, Basilica Santa Maria and Termini Station. We payed 10 € extra per night to be able to have AC .

Manager Bhagi (sp?) was very friendly and helpful. Hostel-like setup, so simple, shared baths, but very clean & safe. Close to train station. On Floor 5, but there was a lift and it worked.

1 sterrenhotel op 5e verdieping. We hadden een familiekamer en daardoor een eigen douche en wc. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en wil graag helpen. Zit op 7 minuten lopen van station Termini. Kwaliteit conform 1 ster en zeker te doen voor 1 nacht.

Dont expect anything fancy, not even decent. Is a building converted into three different motels. Poor Wi-Fi connection, basically none, is just enough to get a bed for the night. Zero amenities, don’t expect to see a lobby or a desk agent.

Rooms were quite tight and a little over populated in the dorm. I also found that the floor was regularly wet because there was no bathroom mat. There were not enough plugs for everyone in the room and not every bed had their own light. It also would have been nice to have received recommendations about surrounding attractions.

Niet waar ik op gehoopt had
Ik had een kamer voor mij alleen, wat een goede keuze was uiteindelijk. Alleen was het bed super hard en veels te klein waardoor ik elke nacht sowieso met mijn voeten buiten het bed lag. Het kussen was niet echt een kussen en ook best wel hard. Ook had ik de pech dat de andere gasten super luid waren en doordat het super gehorig was heb ik heel weinig slaap kunnen pakken. De badkamer was ook vies, wat grotendeels wel door de andere gasten kwam, maar gelukkig werd er wel elke dag schoongemaakt.

Dear sir you have booked a bed in a dormitory!! Of course you doesn't know who slept with you!! :-) next time I suggest you book a private room perhaps with a private bathroom and air conditioning !!! Of course the price you will pay will be different ;-) but you will have everything you missed in this experience in a dormitory!!!Kind regards Roberto

주인 아주머니 친절함 원툴입니다. 방이 크지도 않고 특별한건 없는데 아주머니가 친절해서 좋았네요. 한 3일 있었는데 3일 내내 여행다니다 4시도 안되서 들어오니까 벌써 놀다왔냐고 멋쩍게 인사할때면 무슨 엄마가 집에서 나가지도 않고 박혀있냐고 하는것 같아서 좀 정겨웠네요.

Hostel with a great location, the rooms are separate from the bathrooms, the beds are not very comfortable and unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan. Reception staff are very kind and helpful.

Llegue y me dieron una habitación mala, olía mal, las sabanas olían mal, la toalla olía mal. Pedí que me cambiaran por que el olor no se soporta. Cuando me cambiaron a otra habitación las sábanas estaban sucias tenían manchas de sangre le dije al chico que estaba de turno y me dijo que quizá la sangre era mía, no se si lo dijo por que pensó que estaba con la regla pero no, o lo dijo por que tenía cortadas en las piernas o algo así pero le mostré que no que la sangre estaba seca, además de eso las sábanas no se veían limpias y olían mal también, lo mismo con la almohada, la toalla también olía mal, ese olor que tenía todo no se si es por que las guardan muchi tiempo o no las lavan al momento de cambiar de huésped, pero tienen un olor como a viejo y shoquilla. Lo que no me gustó fue que el chico me culpaba a mi cuando acababa de llegar y no siquiera había dormido aún en la cama.

Je m’attendais à un hôtel standard: c’est plutôt un établissement avec des chambres à louer, au 5e étage d’un immeuble à logements! Nous avons payé un extra pour une salle de bain privée: malheureusement, la toilette a coulé toute la nuit, faisant un bruit épouvantable. La douche est rudimentaire et le rideau touche le bidet, donc pour la propreté on repassera! La nuit, il y avait du tapage jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Enfin, la connexion wifi ne fonctionnait pas à notre réveil, le serveur étant hors d’usage. Bref, mon court séjour d’une nuit fut bien au deçà de mes attentes, je vous recommande d’éviter à tout prix!

vous avez les clients les plus exigeants, nous vous déconseillons de réserver avec nous, surtout si vous recherchez des chambres au prix le plus bas du marché avec salle de bain commune .... à votre arrivée, nous vous proposons les meilleures chambres avec salle de bain avec télévision ou aricon ... mais bien sûr, cela coûte plus cher !! peut-être le monsieur s'attendait-il à un hôtel cinq étoiles? Gracias por el cumplido de chico :-) aunque tenga 50 años. Sin embargo, fue decepcionante porque la chica estaba un poco molesta y que eran las 3:00 de la noche y se despertó para usted aunque la recepción cierra a las 24:00 y sin una advertencia, normalmente no abrimos para nadie. Sólo quería que se diera cuenta de que la habitación donde se alojaba era una habitación con baño y televisión. Su reserva fue una habitación con baño compartido y sin televisión. El hotel es de categoría 1 estrellas. Entiendo su decepción por los 10 euros más :-( ... tal vez prefirió encontrar otro lugar a las 3:00 am Por 45 € al día, una habitación Triple con baño y TV en el centro de Roma puede parecer excesiva. Un saludo Roberto

Friendly, but primitive. Fine for staying 3 nights
It was cheap and located in a good place. Hostel and room meet only your primitive needs, but reception is always helpful. Safe for being solo. No area for eating or drinking. Only small table with 2 chairs in front of the reception desk. No kitchen, but you can use microwave at the reception and also fridge. Only 1 plug socket in the room with many places to charge a phone. I used my power bank instead. You can also store you luggage at their place for 3 Euros after check out for the whole day.

This was a $25 a night room with absolutely NO amenities. I was charged over $65 and Hotels.com says that's the way it goes. Will NEVER use hotels.com ever again.

콘센트가 책상 위에 몰려있어서 머리 맡에서 이용하기 어려운 것을 빼면 좋은 숙소. 역에서도 가깝고 깔끔함.
