Es un alojamiento para personas solas o que no necesiten de espacio para movilizarse. El ascensor es tremendamente pequeño, sólo una persona o su maleta. No hay atención para las necesidades inmediatas que se puedan tener. Todo debe estar programado previamente, incluyendo las cosas triviales como agua.

Our stay was amazing. Eleanora was amazing and gave us so much advice on places to eat, travel etc. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Great location, we walked most places. Metro is 3 min walk to get to all the top spots. Would definitely stay again

Staff were extremely accomodating. Room was in great condition with good bathroom facilities. Only downside was a bit of noise from other rooms would get in (soundproofing to outside was excellent though).

Ero a Roma per lavoro. Mi sono trovato molto bene nella struttura che é a 2 passi dalla metropolitana. La colazione viene offerta in un bar che non é nella struttura.

Super consigliato

Ho trascorso tre notti presso questa struttura con la mia compagna per un weekend romantico. L'hotel presenta un ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro che raggiunge i principali punti di interesse di Roma. É inoltre facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di termini. È molto moderno e pulito e lo staff davvero formidabile. Raccomandato!

Highly recommended

Good size rooms with a proper shower, the place it self is very accommodating with a lovely atmosphere with a proper Italian feel, near to Metro although it so easy to walk to most places (depending on how fit you are) Colosseum only a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Très agréable endroit

Les chambres sont très bien, spacieuses, récentes, claires, propres, des doubles vitrages efficaces (certaines donnent sur l'avenue) La literie est bonne, la salle de bain agréable Le personnel est tout à fait accommodant, serviable et gentil Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner qui doit être pris à 250m dans un café au pied de la station de métro Manzoni : Le petit déjeuner est famélique, bruyant, pas bon, bref une cata... Très dommage car l'expérience pour tout le reste est excellente.

Ces chambres sont tres bien situées par rapport à l'accès au centre et aux transports en communs. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui est pris dans un bar de proximité. Pas tres sympa, et qualité médiocre.

Good but not great !

The bad!( first beacuse thats what everybody wants to know:) 1.We arrived around 22:30 due to a flight delay and we had to pay a tax of 30 euros for checking in after 20:00.This felt like a hustle! You should not be paying extra for checking in regardless of arrival time. 2.The room cleaning it is done only until 11:00. If you are not a morning person or have to stay in a little late, there will be NO cleaning in that day. We left the room twice around 11:15-11:30 and we found it exactly as we left it. It would be nice if they cleaned until 12:00 instead of 11:00. 3.The cleaning lady was arrogant, kept complaining to us about leaving the room after 11 and finishing her program at 11 and having to stay over, but in 5 nights she only cleaned once after 11:00 (around 11:15) Complaining to clients is not professional and creates a bad impression. 4.The breakfast was comprised everyday of a coffee or cappuccino and a croissant. When i asked for decaff, i had to pay a price difference. That seemed very discriminatory and stupid. You had to walk 200-300 metres to get there The good 1.The bathroom was small but very functional, the shower was spacious for a small bathroom. It was well ventilated and well lit. 2.The room was clean when somebody decided to clean it :) 3.The staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming 4.The propriety was very nice and tastefuly decorated 5.The location was good, close to the metro and in 10-15minutes walking distance to the Colosseum

Άνετο και πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο

Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο. Με ωραίες διακοσμητικές πινελιές. Ευρύχωρο ήσυχο άνετο. Εξαιρετικά καθαρό. Πολύ φιλικό το προσωπικό. Πολύ καλε παροχές. Το μείον ειναι ότι το πρωινο ειναι εκτός του χώρου. Και ειναι απλά ένας καφές και ενα κρουασάν πράγμα που δεν αναφερόταν κάπου. Θα το προτείναμε όμως σε όλους. Πολύ κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο και σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα είτε με τα πόδια είτε με το μέτρο. Εξαιρετική αντιστοιχία τιμής ποιότητας.

Perfect short break location.

This was an excellent choice for our short stay in Rome. Location is great, just inside the city walls a 15 minute walk to the Colluseum and 5 minutes from the Metro and the rest of Rome's attractions. The Metro is so easy to use and excellent value at only €12.50 for a 2 day pass. On arrival we were met by Eleonor who was extremely pleasant and helpful, she also arranged our return taxi's to Ciampino, thank you! The only minor points are that having the Metro so close means you can hear it, but it's not too intrusive. Breakfast is at a snack bar opposite The Metro, handy but a coffee and croissant was only just sufficient. You can upgrade though for a small fee. All in all though this was a great choice and we would gladly return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette chambre d'hôtes très bien située et impeccablement tenue : les chambres sont modernes et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Eleanora qui nous a donné de précieux conseils. Les petits déjeuners se prennent dans un café situé à 2mn, sur une terrasse fleurie des plus agréables. Bref, notre hébergement a largement contribué à nous faire apprécier notre visite de Rome. Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

Super schönes guesthouse zum kleinen preis

Wirklich ein sehr schönes guesthouse direkt bei der lateran kirche. Das zimmer war super sauber und die einrichtung geschmackvoll. Für den preis findet man nichts besserers! Wirklich ein sehr gemütlicher ort . Auch das bad ist ein traum mit regendusche. Würde ich auf jeden fall nochmal machen!

Es precioso por dentro, mejor que en las fotos

La verdad es que quedé muy muy contento, las habitaciones preciosas, el personal (Eleonora) muy amable y atenta. La calidad del sitio y su ubicación son excelentes (Al lado de San Giovanni en Laterano) y de limpieza excelente. La próxima vez que vuelva a Roma, estoy completamente convencido de que volveré al mismo hotel.
