This "hotel" was closed when we arrived from the airport, at about 10:30pm. (We had tried to call them earlier, several times, but nobody answered.) So I had to find another hotel. The next day, I tried to call them again, four or five times; nobody answered. So I stayed at the new hotel for the rest of my trip.
So all in all a big zero out of five from me.
However, I have no complaints about Expedia, who refunded my hotel bill when I explained the situation.
Good size single room. I slept very well as the hotel is very quiet at night. Breakfast was a simple continental style but good and adequate. Lovely staff, who were very helpful although how much English they spoke did vary a lot. They all helped me with the weather and directions and buses and a wake up call each day etc. I didn't spend too much time in the hotel as I had a hectic schedule, but all in all I was very pleased with my stay. The area is a very quiet suburb and everyone I met in the shops and at the bus stops etc were very friendly to me. It was also a safe area that you could walk to the hotel to at night from the bus stop. Although I did not get back later than about 9pm.

10/10 Excellent
julia, great use the buss number 90 from termini or 60 from center to get there
I spent one week on yhis hôtel. Hôtel is far 25 min from downtown but it was really a big problem . There is always the bus 90 to go to Termini or bus 60 to go to downtown every 10 min . The hôtel is very good, secure and quite and there is a nice garden. Staff is too helpfull , nice, and friendly. Room is big, clean with air condirion but no private fridge but there is one on the lobby. Breakfast is too poor. There is wifi and an computer for guests.
I really enjoyed to stay on this hôtel and i can return back.

Cheap hotel 30 minutes from city center
Decent hotel. The hotel staff doesn't know much English, but it isn't a big problem. Breakfast is adequate to get your day started. Only downside is how long it takes to get to the city center. People suggest the 60 bus, but it's always so packed that you can't move, I suggest taking the extra time to walk to Conca D'Oro metro instead. Nice safe area. Rooms are clean and very simple.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, view into the beautiful garden/yard and had everything you need for a night. The neighborhood is quiet; you find restaurants, cafes and small supermarkets. The house itself is clairaudient, so I heard the neighboring room.
Would reccomend it anyway, especially for pilgrimages.

Disliked: Room comfort
really bad breakfast I was disappointed. yes the room clean, although the cleaning not to break to glass vacuumeed!
I stayed 7 nights this hotel. Picture at hotel has taken backyard, so in street side is only gate. Bed was bad not so comfortable. Hotel locking doors 1 am and next time can get in hotel again 7 am. During that time opening doors (even going for a smoke) cause alarm. Felt like a prison! Breakfast are REALLY poor and "kellogs" plates was hide under towel everyday - gaved image it wasn't allowed to eat them or musli. They don't have luggage storage (early check-out)or lobby bar. I think this hotel is more religious people. I can not recommended this hotel.

Personalet i receptionen har svingende engelsk kundskaber, men venlige .
