"The breakfast menu/buffet was excellent and had all the options, full Scottish breakfast (yum!), pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. Coffee was delicious and plentiful! The room was large and very comfortable. Very quiet too, so slept very well, ready to sightsee the next morning. The staff were super helpful with providing info. "

"It was overall a pleasant stay in the residence. The staff, most especially Romik were warm and welcoming. I even got a room upgrade which I highly appreciated not to mention the comfty bed! Location is also convenient as you have direct buses that can take you to the city center. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation."

"O hotel é bem localizado. Perto da estação Haymarket e a poucos minutos das principais atrações turísticas da cidade. O staff foi simpático. Tudo muito limpo! Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel, mas vimos que havia a opção. O quarto é bem pequeno, fica apertado se você está em duas pessoas com duas malas. Chuveiro é excelente!"

"Ich kam sehr spät an und wurde nett begrüßt.Zimmer war leider eiskalt. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte die Heizung etwas besser aber das Badezimmer war immer noch sehr kalt. Wir haben das Zimmer getauscht und es war perfekt warm. Sehr nettes Personal von Zimmerreinigung bis Restaurant und Bar. Essen und Drinks einwandfrei."

"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main...

"Fab hotel. Easy to get to from Princes street tram stop (prepare for an uphill walk and steps, we took the step free route on the way back!). Room was perfect for my 11 year old and me. Views of the castle from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. Use of pool and sauna in the sister hotel 1 minute down the road was an added bonus. Loved this hotel. "
