"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. "Fab hotel. Easy to get to from Princes street tram stop (prepare for an uphill walk and steps, we took the step free route on the way back!). Room was perfect for my 11 year old and me. Views of the castle from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were great. Use of pool and sauna in the sister hotel 1 minute down the road was an added bonus. Loved this hotel. "

"The staff was incredible! I felt so bad for them because their server was down when we tried to check in. Even though there was a lot of people very frustrated, they handled the situation with class and dignity. They gave us free vouchers for drinks. Which was very kind. They held our bags for us so we could go explore the city while we waited. It was a great location and you could walk anywhere you wanted from it. The breakfast was amazing!
