Julie is the BEST there and should be management very assertive and professional unlike manager and a fluffy guy that sits upfront and does nothing and is rude to customers.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice
Breakfast was great. Toilet didn’t flush well…partially stopped up. TV remote didn’t work. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and staff was great.
