"The staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. The rooms were well appointed with thoughtful things for travelers including, hair irons and tools, converter plugs and chargers. The staff sent over cava for the adults and cookies for the kiddo! And a special sweet treat local to the area for Easter .. overall lovely stay and close to everything!!!"

"Great stay at Artrip. Room was spacious for two single travelers. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was so so compared to other hotels we stayed in Europe. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. Reasonably priced for the hotel."

"O hotel funciona no conceito self checkin. Isso dificulta um pouco a chegada, pois você realmente só consegue entrar no quarto no horário das 16h. Se quiser entrar antes tem que pagar uma taxa. Geralmente em hotéis "comuns" se há quartos eles liberam. Mas, eles oferecem alguns lockers no saguão. Poderiam oferecer um banheiro também para quem chega com malas, até abrir o checkin. "I am so thankful we decided to stay at The Palace as we were considering two other properties. It provides the best location in all of Madrid close to everything and within walking distance that makes the city so spectacular. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and the beds heavenly.
