"Great place, easy access, free parking. Big suites with all kitchen appliances and necessary dishes (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc) necessary for in suite-food preparation. Only problem was the bed - very soft mattress, and only one bed."

"The view from our room facing the harbour was amazing. Our flight got in very early, the hotel checked us in earlier without any issues. Pool and hot tub are good size . Great location very close to everything. Over all great first visit to Victoria. Would highly recommend. 😊"

"We are locals and had a celebration to attend, so we decided to stay downtown. This is a basic hotel in a very convenient location in downtown Victoria BC. It is not a fancy place but breakfast was very good, beds were comfortable, and the room and property was clean and well maintained (May 2026). "Amenity was very extensive, great value for the money. My 700sqft suite felt very comfortable, however we felt some of the finishing and layout is a bit outdated. Amenity within the kitchen was very helpful for us considering dining in the suite instead of spending extra money dining out. "

"This is clearly an aging property that has been brought up to date in the rooms, however, the common areas are showing definite signs that they need some TLC as well. Elevator doors didn't have sensors so any time you took a bag trolley into the elevator the door would crash into it if you didn't have it all the way in.
