"Check-in staff was very welcoming and the stay included a gift of chocolates and one of their brews. Complimentary parking and easy access to walking trails is a huge plus. Room is located in a heritage house. Our room was on the main floor and sound does travel from hallways and upper floors, but it did not affect our enjoyment. The bed was quite comfortable and room was clean. It would have been nice to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom, or a mirror in the main room near an outlet. A...

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The view of the marina from our balcony was appreciated. Parking structure opposite the hotel is gated and secure, but we found out there is an additional parking fee charged to the guests for using it. There were no water bottles in our room! You can order some from room service at four times the cost or bring your own."

"Honestly I wish I could rate it higher but a couple things were a little disappointing. First they were having issues with the elevators which I understand probably was just bad luck, that being said it was frustrating waiting up to 10 minutes each way to get outside unfortunately we were on the 8th floor so stairs with all our luggage wasn’t really an opiton. Secondly it looked as though the flooring in the room was recently changes which was nice but in the bathroom and shower remnants of old...

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff! Love the ducky in the room. The hotel is fantastic. As a side note, Bin 5 is the restaurant right by the hotel. Only service dogs are allowed even for the patio. I thought it is dog friendly and this is part of the reason for staying at the hotel which is dog friendly. I ended up ordering take out as I have two dogs with me. No big deal but I thought it would be good if the restaurant is dog friendly too."

"Great staff. Always helpful. The room was clean. Loved the big hooks by the door. All hotel rooms should have them. Easy to take the bus to the wharf area. Bonus were the yo-yo and Grandma’s Basement"

"Beautiful place to stay. The highlight is the breakfast prepared by a chef, and the lovely deer that were grazing outside. It’s also a short walk up the street to the lieutenant governor’s residence with the lovely walking trails and Craigdarroch castle."
