"My room was so dusty and the trush and counter tops were not cleaned and the beds were not made just covered the top one and the toilet wasn’t cleaned "

"We stayed in room 118 on the 1st floor. This room had 2 queen beds, small kitchenette and a large balcony. The a/c was noisy but worked well. There are lots of windows in the unit. Poor soundproofing as traffic noise was loud. The bathroom was spacious. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. A lovely housekeeper we met in the hallway was very sweet and friendly."

"Love staying here as it is so peaceful. Unfortunately things were abit off this stay. Dry blood 3 large drops on the comforter near my face but as not on cover didn’t know until last night but was exhausted and flipped it. No fan in bathroom, mop dirt lines along tub and sink taps very loose. "

"Disappointed, nice room and beds, no hot tub, no directions to the warm bath feature, spa will not let you cut through, have to go out into freezing rain to find it, and too cold. Suggest they replace with a hot tub and direct access through spa. Bar was nice, decor nice, parking limited near doors, again running outside in the rain and snow downhill. Will not go back but pick other hotel next door. "

"The staff was super friendly. A very accommodating hotel. They were able to give us early check in and late checkout which worked great for when our flight had come in and left. Staff were able to act in a timely manner when we had stuff come up during our stay. Would definitely stay again when in Victoria. "

"Stay was Ok. Had a dog so they put you on the side closest to the very very busy street with traffic which was very very noisy. Noticed other dog owners on that side. Not sure if that was reason. We asked for quiet side but not available. Gave up. Just ok. Expensive for wat was there. Just ok for $230 a night. No breaky. Lousy parking. Far away. Not impressed. "

"Appreciated a comfortable and relaxing swim in the pool and then a soothing rest in the hot tub. Also pleasantly surprised that when the Starbucks was closed the restaurant kindly gave me a complimentary coffee. The location is excellent and a lovely walk along the water to downtown Victoria was amazing. "

"I did not access the internet, I used my own data I’m sure they have internet access, room was really clean and I liked the set up. A little squishy and a little stuffy but overall my stay was nice "

"Located in quiet neighbourhood but only a few blocks away from Legislature building and major bus stops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I found water pressure for shower is a bit weak, but big clean room & bathroom. Amenities are good too."
