"There were no utensil and dishes. Just 2 wine glasses but no corkscrew. Two cups for coffee. Online listed robes but none available, when asked about it they said they no longer offer. "

"The area around this property is filled with homeless people. It felt unsafe! Unfortunately we will not be staying here again!"

"Located on the edge of the Lagoon, the B&B had great access to peaceful water sports like canoe, kayak and SUP - they even provide everything including life jackets. They also have bikes and helmets for rides through the neighborhood. Overall, a great location for water and walking!"

"For a three star property it was great! Very friendly staff, the room was clean and location is good. Nice pool, good GYM, etc."

"No elevator luggage difficult and only one way in thru lobby doors in room are unbalanced and will hit you in the back parking limited nice soaps and lotions quiet and good beds"

"The location was very convenient and easy to get to. Front desk staff were amazing both for checking in and out. The hotel is dated but very clean and all the basics are provided. The beds were comfortable with nice fresh bedding and lots of fluffy pillows."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Bed was too soft for my liking but that’s a personal preference. My only complaint is that the hotel is on a very busy street (Douglas) and the side street has a school bus depot. Our room was near the corner of both streets and we stayed during the weekday so our room was pretty loud and noisy in the early mornings. Rooms away from Douglas street might not be as loud. "
