"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was parking. When I called the AI told me an address for parking that was confusing and it was not clear that they allowed cars overnight. It gives you an address but not the name of the garage. the name of the garage is Trinity Plaza and their sign doesn't give an overnight rate but you can park there overnight. I had to call while driving around a very congested part of SF to get the correct address and name of the garage, so I was sure I was parking close to the hotel and in a safe place. You still have to walk a little way to the hotel. The hotel is on the fringe of the Tenderloin so be aware. Not a problem for us but if you are averse to seeing the homeless choose another place. We also found a FANTASTIC restaurant a couple blocks away called 54 Mint. If you love great Italian food go there! The #7 bus stops on the same block and you can take it straight out to Golden Gate Park. Super easy. For the price this is the best deal in SF."

"I have paid more than expected. I thought the total fee was $420 when I paid online, however they charged me more than $500. The parking is horrible; it costs $73, which is unreasonable. I will not book this hotel in the future. I know it is downtown, but unreasonable."

"I docked stars for cleanliness because the shower tile had a good amount of mold in between tiles which I am careful of both for cleanliness and it can trigger my asthma. The positive is it has a Michelin starred Thai restaurant on site, which was very busy and delicious tho I caution it is spicey. Also the location felt safe and was walkable to BLS International, where we had an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful as well."

"The staff at this hotel is the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. Called down to request a late check out and was lied to and told they were sold out, which upon checking they clearly were not even close to sold out. When confronted staff stated that she meant they were sold out the night before which again I highly doubt . I checked in around midnight and they still had plenty of rooms available on hotels.com. At checkout I requested to check my bags because my flight didn't leave until later and I wanted to explore the city, I was told that the closet was filled up by yhe customers that had checked out at 11am!"
