"Staff were nice and tried to be helpful. Beach was public, so everyone can take the sun-beds and there were not too many. Rooms were smelling a lot of mold and humidity, you have to keep the ac on all the time, however the front desk manager tried her best and changed our room after we saw different ones. "We absolutely LOVED our stay at Divi Phoenix Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort never felt overcrowded, which made it so relaxing and peaceful. We stayed in an oceanfront studio on the 11th floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! The room was spacious, clean, and having a full kitchen was a huge bonus.
