"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

"Spent 3 nights at the cotteswold House. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a 5 minute walk from Bibury, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the cleanliness and house keping top notch, the breakfast is amazing and the host Ricardo is such a nice and helpful guy. "Excellent, what a beautiful place to stay in the heart of the Cotswolds, highly recommend! The suite rooms are absolutely beautiful and such a wonderful treat! A special mention for the lovely guy on reception who checked us in, and really did make us feel most welcome, he was extremely informative and nothing was ever too much trouble! He also served us for breakfast today - thank you :)"

My only feedback would be there there seemed to be a certain ventilator fan hum throughout the night ; we got used to that but the establishment might want to check that - Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "
