"This is an utterly charming hotel in beautiful Bayeux. Upon arrival Clemance helped us to rent a car for the next day so that we could visit the D-Day landing. We stupidly thought we could uber everywhere and we were so grateful that Clemance took it upon herself to enquire as to what are plans were. The room was very spacious and clean. We did not dine at the hotel but we did enjoy a couple of drinks there one evening. It's a perfect place to relax and I would be delighted to recommend this...

"Villa Lara was exceptional in all categories above!! If you are spending time in Normandy or Bayeaux, hands down this is the only place to stay. Don’t even consider another hotel.
