"The staff are not very helpful at this hotel. Instead of staff assisting with check in, there is a very difficult check-in process to follow on computers instead. It involves lots of questions which have already been answered when the booking was made. It is very time consuming. Additionally, when the staff organised to forward our luggage for us, the process was completed on our phones via qr codes and the process was very confusing. The staff were not very helpful with answering our questions on how to fill out the information required. The rest of the hotel was OK but the rooms are particularly small, even for Japan. "

"A clean, small, eco friendly hotel. Excellent location in Kabukicho and close to Shinjuku station. AC was cold, staff was friendly. Elevators do get full but that happens at all hotels. Allow early check in and late check outs to avoid “rush hours” on the elevators. "

"My stay at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo was a very pleasant experience. Although the room was not particularly spacious, it was thoughtfully designed and extremely convenient. The hotel’s location is excellent, the train station is just around the corner, a 7‑Eleven is directly across the street, and there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. One of the highlights of our stay was the view from our room. Having a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree made the experience especially memorable and added a unique charm to our visit. Overall, the combination of convenience, comfort, and an impressive city view made our stay highly enjoyable. I would gladly consider returning on a future trip."
