"Not the first time I've stayed at Hotel Nikko Narita. I keep coming back because there's no reason to go an unfamiliar hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport is great. The 24 hour Lawson's is clutch. Staff is awesome and I mean everyone you meet from the hotel is awesome; from the shuttle bus driver to the cleaning staff. If you have an early flight out of Narita, I highly recommend Hotel Nikko Narita. "

"Unfortunately communication wasn’t good before arriving. Adverting says there’s an airport shuttle. But when we requested to have it pick us up, we didn’t get a response 24 hours prior to arrival. So we took a taxi. Upon arrival, it was a self check in and the instructions were not clear to us. It was getting dark. Luckily another guest came by and called someone. "Buffet breakfast was amazing. Very polite staff. And super fast free internet. Very quiet (but very compact) room. Also, convenient and well organized shuttle bus to terminal 2 and terminal 3. I'd stay here again for a short stay or if I need to catch a connecting flight."
