"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."

"No air conditioning so if you don’t have an ocean view room, not much of air flow unless you prop your hotel room door open. Very hot. Loved the kitchenette, saved lots of money buying groceries. Overall an ok room for the price. A bit musty smelling since there is carpet in all the halls. No beach chairs and no lounge chairs on roof, but very cool roof top cook hang out area. Spent alot of time up there, great ocean view and great sunsets"

"Perfect room. Perfect staff. Beautiful beach. Unfortunately venice beach itself after 6pm it gets real sketchy with the homeless camped down the entire beach will have to stay inside unless you feeling brave"

"The property is exactly as described in the listing. It is easy to get and and get out. Check in process was easy to follow. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We had a comfortable stay. There is no concierge or person available to help. Everything is self-help. If you’re ok with the things that are available, it is the perfect place for you! On cleanliness, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, though rooftop chairs and table could’ve been cleaner. We had small service issues...

"The room was generally clean! There was a trash can outside the exit door that often allowed the smell from the garbage/animal waste to come into the hallway and travel into the room. There was plenty of cutlery for me to use when I needed to. Communication with the host was very quick. I appreciated the warning notices regarding unauthorized vehicles being parked in the garage. It added a layer of safety. I did ask if I could get more laundry detergent during the scheduled refresh of the room...
