"Stayed at Posada del León de Oro for two nights and it was lovely. They front desk folks were lovely and helpful and held out bags because we arrived early. Our room was bigger than I expected and very modern in contrast to the building and neighborhood. The room has AC and an amazing shower. "Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were large and very clean. Getting to any room requires carrying your bag up stairs though, so not suitable for anyone who needs disabled access. Staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Clean, perfect location."

"Loved this cute hotel in a very old building right by a huge square. While the room was tiny it was very well laid out! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. So easy to walk everywhere from here - and 2 min walk to the best churros and chocolate great way to start the day! To our surprise, the pope was in town and drove down the street next to us waving from the pope mobile. Not something I intended to witness, but did! Also felt like the safest city ever - police were everywhere."

"The people, reception and house keeping, were charismatic and kind. The elevator failed for a couple of hours but it was fixed in a couple of hours. The location is phenomenal and some rooms have balconies!!!"

"Bit hard to find the entrance. Street buzzer door for multiple units. Accommodation on level 2. Rooms compact but clean and good standard. Quite rooms, although bit of noise as my room was at the checkout desk. Doesn’t seem to be staff 24/7 Would stay again"
