Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and simple, great for a one night stay. I stayed before an early morning flight from San Jose Airport. Shuttle was prompt..Parking lot was not well lit.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Santa Cruz by IHG
This was our second visit to this hotel. 1) The room and bedding was very comfortable. The bathroom and room were very clean. 2) It was too noisy past 11 p.m. 3) Disabled parking should be free.
