"Beatiful and charming place."

"We enjoyed Sangregado Lodge. Upon arrival, we were greeted and offered fresh coconut water, which was a nice touch. The highlight of this lodge is the spectacular view of the Arenal valley. The lodge had very few to no amenities but its location high up in the mountain made it feel more remote and less touristy than the resorts on the main La Fortuna road. "Wonderfull location beautiful location great swimming pools hot tub and slide for children my girls spent hours on the waterslide howler monkeys and toucans on the property breakfast is great staff super friendly and three padel tennis courts onsite Wonderfull place for families and a couple of minutes from la Fortuna"

"Volcano lounge was the first time experience from the water hot thermals the staff was excellent. The food was good and very exotic plants with animals all around which I really enjoyed."

"Inserted in the tropical cloud forest, this place is magic. The Toro Amarillo river taints the stones orange and gives a constant roaring, the congos haul to contrast with the crickets and cicada's background rhythm. But most of the healing comes from the hot, yellowish mineral spring water pool, alternating with the very cold, crystal clear spring water. While the cabins are rustic, the staff are all wonderful. We will come back for another “forest bathing”, and perhaps a zip-line adventure....

"The views are great. Breakfast is fulfilling too. Consider this your lunch. Property is well maintained and very peaceful.the only one thing they can improve is providing clients with a trolly or something to carry bags from parking to their room. As the path leading to the room is all decorative pebbles the bag was heavy for me to carry it all the way to my room. Overall great stay during July 4th weekend."

"The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the trails and bird watching tower. Everyone on staff was amazing as well. Reception was so helpful in planning my itinerary and arranging transportation. The on site tour guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The food was delicious with lots of vegan options. My only minor suggestion for improvement is that the spa should be moved away from the pool area as it gets a bit noisy. Overall though, I loved...
