They also helped us arrange a drop off to the cruise port that literally took us (and all our luggage for a total of 3 weeks in Europe) to just a few steps away from the entrance to the cruise ship. That was priceless!"

They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. "Beautiful space and great location in the heart of the centre of Roma. Easy walking to amazing and historical architecture in all directions, including Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, the Coloseum, and even the Vatican for a little extra distance. Tons of amazing restaurants and gelato places. Climbing stairs is required to get to the unit."

"We travel to Rome once a year and have stayed at some beautiful 5 star hotels. However we only needed a hotel for one night before flying early the next day. Do not believe the pictures online. It was a below average hotel for a 4.5 star hotel. It’s awful!!"

"Unfortunately had 2 issues which meant not awarding 5 stars. Had no hot water on one day for shower or shaving which didn’t help as I was there on business. Ordered a taxi for a 5am pick up to the airport which was extremely important and having been promised by the hotel that the taxi would be there on time, I waited until 5:15 having tried to speak to the hotel and their taxi company and had to make other very hasty arrangements which involved walking with my luggage to find a taxi."

"The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of Rome, and it is well maintained and very clean. The only issue is the steps leading to the elevator. A ramp would be a useful addition, especially for guests with heavy suitcases."
