"I was given the "Ogetti" (IIRC) room, which disappointingly did not have a bathtub, but otherwise was very nice. Like what the photos show, everything was covered in soft blue fabric - the bed was custom-made with a comfortable headboard, the closet doors were also covered in the same blue felt, and even the clothes drawers were covered in the same fabric on the outside *and* the inside. And it was all perfectly clean. The room was also quiet despite facing the piazza and being on the "first"...

"I was very disappointed after reading it was rated so high. I don’t get it. There was nothing “exceptional” about the property except perhaps for the location. Not the rooms, not the breakfast, not the room amenities. It was OK if you get a really good price for this 3 star hotel."

I love that it is in a very old building, but the room has all of the up to date amenities. Plus, good air conditioning. Easy walk to all of the sites you are usually in Rome to see. Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi, etc. Although some may not like the stairs, I loved that I had a spiral staircase to my room. It is also really close to a taxi stand as well."
